BSafe COVID Safety App

BSafe was a mobile app designed to give users a discreet and non-confrontational way to report unsafe behavior in public spaces during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Retailers and venues would partner with BSafe in order to route reports through their security forces to resolve incidents.

The app opens to a map of your current or approximated location. From the map, you can view recent safety incidents in registered areas. You can press "Begin" to start a report or select the phone or camera icons to call security directly, or start the report with a photo.

After beginning the report you will be prompted to select a reason which best fits the situation. No matter which option is selected, you can add more details or add a photo by pressing the pencil icon.When a report is sent successfully, you will receive a push notification confirming the report was processed. A notification will also be sent when an incident is successfully resolved.
